My husband and I decided to have the shower and tub area of our hall bathroom repaired. Our home was build in 1984 and some of the grout was cracked and our own and aid caulk kept getting moldy. My husband contacted The Remodeling Guru. When the crew came in and removed the old wal tiles, we were able to see how much water damage and mold had been hiding behind it. They did a beautiful job constructing a new wall and tile and fixtures that brought it up to date. It gave us the piece of mind to know that the problems were fixed.
Now, months later we started seeing issues with another bathroom in the master bedroom. Everything in that bathroom was out of 1984. With all the problems, we decided we should call The Remodeling Guru again. This time we had them remove the toilet, tall shower, counter tops, wall paper, and even some carpet in the vanity area. The crew did find that the sub floor in the toilet area needed to be replaced. They removed and repaired the damaged areas as well as discussed suggestions for new design ideas. We worked with them to pick out new tile for the shower and floors, and new toilet, counter tops and sink, all new fixtures, hardware, lighting and paint.
The owner and crew of The Remodeling Guru were on time and courteous. They stuck to the budget from the quote we received and we are so pleased with the results of their hard work.
